Landing Screen:

When user clicks on "Issuer Login", redirect user to Issuer login screen
When user clicks on "Login here" redirect user to common login screen
When user clicks on "Register" redirect to respective registration screen
"Register as Institute", "Register as Teacher", "Register as Student"
