You will need to fork the repo and make a feature branch of master. Then commit your change and raise a pull request from your forked repository into the master branch of this repo 👍

I thought this write-up not a bad starting point, although I think it is still missing some varieties (like turkish coffee, where the grounds are left in, or vietnamese coffee (with sweetened condensed milk) as examples.
