Keeps trying to connect after you close the tab with the video

To verify, open the extensions tab, and view the errors for the extension, it keeps refreshing the ws: connect error. We should check that our video still exists, or that we can contact the content script or something.

Disconnect (tab closed) is a state we will need to handle I guess, since the background script won't stop.
