Could any body tell me how to add the related order selection field to the support ticket submit form? I know it is a feature request rather than a bug but I feel a related order selection filed can improve the customer ticket experience much better.
Thank you!

Sorry I am not entirely clear on your requirements, you can add a many2one field to backend support ticket form through the UI, I am not clear what model you are referring to when you say orders though.
Thank you for your reply Steven. Normally customer will place orders on eCommerce store then open a ticket if he have an issue with the order when he received it. This is also very common if you sell apps in eCommerce store. So the order means the eCommerce order. And I believe most tickets is order related. So I think a related history order in drop down format on submit form can save us a lot of efforts.
Thank you!
