Suggestion: Quickarang (Quark Compat) #161

Describe the feature you have in mind.
It would be cool to have a new weapon type called Quickarang, which would differ from Pickarang and Flamarang with Particles of Electrum Heart :) Quickarang is faster than the Pickarang. This weapon will be available with the Quark mod installed.
