[BUG] manual sort order in subtasks lost with active sync Part 2 #2087

Describe the bug
Changing the order of subtasks by drag and drop is still difficult or almost impossible as mentioned in #1856 . However, in the meantime the behavior might have changed a bit as displayed in the clip below. It occurs even if no sync is active with the phone in offline mode. The new order of items is replaced with some other order once the dragged item is dropped.
To Reproduce
- Add a task with multiple subtasks
- Set order to "Drag'n drop"
- Reorder a single subtasks
- See the subtasks popping up somewhere else
Expected behavior
The subtask is displayed right in the spot where it was dropped.
