Text stays in textbox after Add Note

Issue Summary

After I add a note, the text stays there but it should be erased for the users to create a new note.
Refer the video sample given below

Steps to Reproduce

1. (for example) Went to Notes Section
2. Typed text and Clicked on Add Notes

Any other relevant information. For example, why do you consider this a bug and what did you expect to happen instead?

Actual Results

The text typed doesn't disappear after 'Add Note' is clicked.

Expected Results

The text typed should disappear after 'Add Note' is clicked.
