[Bug] Text is not erased in Add Diary page after adding the diary

Issue Summary

The text is not erased automatically after adding the title and content of the diary.Users have to erase it manually.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Diary Section
2. Add a title and content, and click on Add
3. Title and Content stays.

Any other relevant information. For example, why do you consider this a bug and what did you expect to happen instead?

#177 presents the same issue in the Notes section.

Actual Results

The text isn't erased after adding a diary.

Expected Results

The text should be erased after clicking on 'Add' in Add Diary page.
