Add developers stuff for getting started, add class diagram and the requirements.txt file #3

Developers joining the project could alleviate their learning curve by including:

an initial version of the requirements.txt (I generated already an initial version with pipreqs tool);
a class diagram to try to illustrate how stuff are organised.
