@python-and-novella You seem to be looking at v1.0.0. The PR post-dates that release and Textual hasn't had a release since. |
Sorry, I misunderstand the version of textual in title. I assume it was fixed after 0.86. |
No worries. But, no, it was broken in 0.86, has been fixed since I reported it, but that code hasn't been released yet. |

is still swallowing the markup.If I go back to Textual 0.85 the result is as per the documentation:
