For the initial stratis release I envision we would start from the carrier were we would have to secure a beachhead where we would create the initial base and begin to capture zones.
To do this we would need the following at a minimum
Basic boat spawns using the old respawn system so players always have a way off the boat
Something similar, but hopefully nicer looking then the old flashpoint or insurgency forward base mechanic. Bring in the correct objects to make the base.
Ability to make a new base, and possibly save the old one in case the new one gets attacked
Stretch goals such as selecting the carrier spawn or non-boat start for land locked maps will be post 1.0
