Description:

Initialize Spring Boot project with necessary dependencies
Acceptance Criteria:

Set up Spring Boot project with MongoDB configuration
Configure OpenAPI for API documentation
Set up project structure following best practices
Configure logging framework
Set up environment profiles (dev, test, prod)
Integrate Keycloak security configuration
