License too broad?

Hi, I was looking into several repos for using webrtc within TouchDesigner and maybe even doing a tutorial video.
The license seems broadly able to restrict on any derivative works that mention TouchDesigner, which means any youtuber must have some sort of written disclaimer? It seems very open to interpretation, what "sharing" entails.
