Protected notes not protected from : deletion, attribute visibility

Description

Hi,
at least in latest version:

• deleting a protected note is possible in regular mode.

in all versions I've tested so far (forgot to mention it, but it became more visible now that promoted attributes are always toggled):

• protected note's promoted attributes are visible. We can see the links (only for unprotected links, but still) and values (see 'reference date' below)
