Describe feature

Add the "Open Today's Journal Note" to the launcher options for the mobile view.

Additional Information

The rework off the mobile view is fantastic. way more useable than it was before.

For me the "Open Today's Journal Note" launcher in the mobile view is the option I miss the most.
