Run Generators on a schedule

The ability to tell the bot to return a result from one of its generators on a schedule. ie a writing prompt once a week or whatever.

Just poked through the code and I actually think this is already there, just only through the config file, not accessible to an end user. If you want to give me details I can add one on a schedule, or we can talk about whether it makes sense to add it (and recurring logic) to the reminders

I haven't assembled the data for the one I want, but if there's a way to set something up through the reminders and get me reoccurring reminders (and the public ones set by admin! And the log release reminders) it would be cool.
