A spin off from #178.
Originally people wanted to add more events in the language selection modal to try to understand if users are opening the language selection modal, not seeing their language, and closing it out (as an example). Talking with @amaxama, tracking that info more directly by having a "Request Language" feature on the site seemed to make more sense. Then end users can request specific languages and we can focus on getting those translations into the site.
Opening this issue for discussion if this feature would be useful for users, what that would look like, time to develop it, etc.

Would it make sense to have it at the bottom of the language selection modal? i.e. a clickable link that says "don't see your preferred language? request it here" and goes to a form. Not sure how confusing that would be given... it would probably be written in English :/
