Things to consider:

How will this work with new backend, would it be helpful? Especially considering possibility of multiple environments there and the best way to test backend changes
Would it be more cumbersome than it's worth?
Would it allow us to have a different google analytics tag for non-prod and prod to differentiate analytics coming from local or stage testing?
