Is there an existing issue for this?

Description of the bug

Sometimes, not all the files associated with a deposit are downloaded when get_data is run. E.g., 28347377

Steps To Reproduce

run get_data 28347377. Observe that only 10 files are downloaded, even though there are more as can be seen by examining the raw API response.
