Depression Module #1698

Description

Parameters to review

  • For all the init_rp_depr and rr_depr based on gender, disease, ... I am marking them as 'local'. I believe that depression may be more location depending than other diseases, so the relative risks can be deemed as 'local' rather than 'universal'. This also aligns with the references discussed in the write-up and the intent to obtain local data. Please advise if this is not the case.
  • base_3m_prob_depr: the note states "Rate is derived indirectly based on prevalence of depression that model produces as an output", so taking this to mean that it is part of the calibration process
