3 points:

the PHL* variables must be used by lima and lima_adjust
the PWEIGHT_MF_CLOUD variable must be added to lima_adjust
PHL* variables computed in mode_compute_mf_cloud_bigaus and in condensation use ICE3 parameters, they must be modified to be able to use the LIMA parameters
