Central to this approach is a base-\(b\) decomposition (illustrated here using a base-12 example) in which pairs of elements (interpreted as “real” and “imaginary” components) yield a stable manifold of reference points. Sequential arithmetic plays a fundamental role in encoding oscillatory behavior; while the base-12 system is used for clarity, any numerical base may serve equivalently. Applications to the Riemann Hypothesis, the Birch--Swinnerton-Dyer Conjecture, Navier--Stokes equations, and PT-symmetric Hamiltonians with biorthogonal eigenfunctions illustrate the scope of the method.
