cannot enable 'game engine publishing' addon - UPBGE 5.1.0 alpha

I decided to have a go with the new experimental builds to take advantage of the Blender5 improvements and for the most part I am having a great experience. The only real problem is that I cannot enable the game engine publishing' addon, when I try I receive an error as shown in the image. I am using ...

It old bug, still the team didn't fix it

I am sure they will before it is released as stable, its a kinda essential part of publishing a game but I was expecting a hiccup or two using an alpha version. As it turns out I only got one hiccup so I think the team have done well and actually moved impressively fast to get a version out based on blender5.
