Developers of MC do not want MC source code in the public. You can fix this by removing the parts you don't need and with the parts you do need, replacing the with .patch files

We (me and the team) have been discussing about how this issue should be handled, considering we were planning on implementing mixins, however, a solution to this may be delayed due to us having little-to-no experience on that system. Further updates will be given.
