When reviewing #1118 I noticed that if I try to create a profile with the same name as an already existing one of my profiles the form does not show me an error but instead it tries to create that profile and I get the error

IntegrityError at /notificationprofiles/create/
duplicate key value violates unique constraint "unique_name_per_user"
DETAIL:  Key (user_id, name)=(2, Test 2) already exists.
