Balance jobs execution time

Description

We have a java pipeline separated into 10 jobs. Because of the recent changes, they have different execution duration. We need to rebalance them to achieve better performance.

Expected behavior

All 10 jobs have approximately the same duration.

Environment

Github pipeline on default settings.
