Testing with URG-04LX on Windows the find_ports function does not find any devices.
On one computer with an other serial device (Communications Port (COM1)) is found, but the lidar (USB Serial Device (COM3)) does not show up.

If the port is manually specified the lidar can be connected to and runs fine.
