FEATURE REQUEST; delete partial downloads?

would it be possible to add the ability to delete partial downloads?

I want to add the possibility of manually deleting downloads from both USB drives and SD cards.

Current Issue: I have a download I started to my USB. App crashed with in middle of download. The data allows for attempt to install but doesn’t succeed. It cannot be removed in Data Management settings either, but it does prompt to delete yet it errors out when attempting to delete. After deletion fail I get a stop error for the USB memory and then have to power cycle the Wii U. So there’s no way to browse, copy, install, nor delete the partial download data.
