TopSky NOTAM request error 403

What is the bug?

TopSky reports inability to send requests for NOTAMS, response is a 403 forbidden.

How to reproduce?

Open any TopSky profile.

Additional context

The DINS query page (which it appears that TopSky is using) is no longer accessible and will be fully decommissioned in Feb 2026.

Steps tried:
Adding:

Areas_NOTAM_Activation=0
Maps_NOTAM_Activation=0

Removing the eAUP API URL ( https://eaup.vatsim.pt/api/v2/areas/), though do we even need it given vLARA?

Neither of these attempts work.

Just checked the situation using the 2025/05 pack, and TopSky reports the same error.

Not sure if they've yet found a replacement service, but I myself had to do so recently for the same reason and have found the new FAA NOTAMs API to work well. Alternatively, Windy.com's internal API is open and apparently unrestricted, which works as an interim bodge.

I don't think it'd be possible to easily work around this until a new version of the plugin is released, since use of the service seems to be hard-coded into the plugin—we could patch the strings in the binary to use a temporary replacement service with a compatible API, but this is probably more effort and time than it's worth.
