Add DCL logons to relevant controller information #1277
Description
What is the current situation?
Some airfields which can provide datalink clearances (per AIP) do not have the logon code in controller information to signify that they can provide datalink clearances
What is the proposed change?
Add relevant information in controller information i.e PDC [EGXX]
Additional context
Should references to "PDC [EGXX]" be changed to "DCL [EGXX]"? This would be for enroute positions also. Clearances via datalink are referred to as DCL in the AIP (2.20 Ground Movement) for all but SS,KK,CC
