Improve Assigned stand info for controllers #578
Description
Currently, assigned stands are all created equally (i.e. I can only see what stands are planned, not which ones were specifically chosen by pilots and which were automated) - how about two colours in the list - one colour where the source is from UKCP's database and one from a pilot's choice
