Issue description

After creating a bunch of ships, leaving the world, closing mc, opening mc, and loading the world, majority of ships (some ship may be unaffected) become "frozen". Those ships do not respond to force from attachments, gravity, or other ships, though they do have collision.
However, If those ships are updated via placing/breaking blocks, they will "awaken" for a moment (1 tick maybe?), during which they are affected by gravity, other ships, or attachments, before they go back to being "frozen"
Some ships may get fixed if you leave the world and enter it back without closing MC.
If frozen ship is teleported via /vs teleport command, it becomes "unfrozen" until ship stops moving, after which it becomes frozen again.
