Invisible blocks when building a large ship

This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

• I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description

If a ship is built very large, sections(s) (blocks) of the of the ship in various places are invisible.
(Note that This issue has no relationship with sodium or embeddium. The issue still occurs without sodium or embeddium.)

Issue reproduction

1. Create a small ship
2. Expand the size of the ship, by adding very long lines of blocks to it in one or multiple directions
3. Once you are finished, parts of the ship should be invisible
4. The rendering bug will go away if you exit the world and come back in

I tested this on the vs2 source code (main-1.20.1)

I have no mods installed besides the ones builtin to the source code for testing (twilight forest, coro utils, create, etc)

@SuperSpaceEye this is a base vs issue, sometimes it just fails to render chunks
