Hi!

The current build of TF2 seems to not call the ROCKET_DESTOYED concept (contains Heavy deflect voicelines) is also currently not called in game code. The response rule has been fully configured with animations and criteria and would work once the concept is triggered in game code.

I've submitted a fix for the Rocket Destroyed voicelines here: ValveSoftware/source-sdk-2013#1165

Updated ticket scope to track ROCKET_DESTOYED concept, I will keep these sorts of tickets at a per-response level going forward for better tracking across the Source 1 Games and Source 2013 SDK GitHubs.
