Remove ERRORS and file issues

Errors.txt seems to have things to do, and https://github.com/VanillaandCream/Palanquin/blame/master/Docs/Errors.txt shows when each line was added; I think maintaining the list of things to do on this project in this issue tracker is better than in that file, so that visual samples can be used to show the issue - just grab a screenshot and drag and drop into the issue text on the website :) - and most importantly, so that the fix can be tied to a specific commit by saying "closes #ID" in the commit message :)

Hi Dave., I have added the errors that I surely want to fix, the rest is still under contemplation. I hope for the moment it works.
