We explicitly grant the artifact evaluation chairs of CAV'22 to download and
distribute the artifact to the artifact evaluation committee members and the
artifact evaluation committee members to evaluate the artifact, e.g., use,
execute, and modify the artifact for the purpose of artifact evaluation.

The artifact and the tool (Ranker) are under the MIT license (below); other
provided tools/packages should also be under some sort of a free software
license, if you wish to use them for other things than evaluation of the
artifact, please consult their provided LICENSE files.
