Which OS?

Win11 Pro

Which release?

24H2

Describe the bug

If you use WoL to power on a system from shutdown state, VDD does not take over - it just mirrors the physical display. If you sign-in then quit session from moonlight and try again, VDD will work as expected and Sunshine will disconnect the physical monitors as expected.

An easy workaround to fix this behavior is to have Windows sign in after boot up . Windows Settings > Account > Sign-in Options > Turn on "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up after update". With this option turned on, Windows starts to load start up programs even if the user has not yet logged in.

I did not have to Turn on "Automatically save my restartable apps and restart them when I sign back in.

Is there a way for the driver to loads without needing to sign in?
