Use cases for Talk2Biomodels

Description

As a user, I would like several use cases demonstrating how the talk2biomodels agent can democratize access to systems biology models. Three potential use cases are the following: IL6 therapy for clinical translation, MapK signaling in cancer, and Covid-19.

Checklist

• Decide on the model to use for each use case
• Develop the questions to ask the agent to reproduce the study results
• Test and document that the published results match

Acceptance criteria

• Updated documentation on how to run the use cases
• The exact input questions and expected output responses for each input question (will be later used for integration testing)
