Scala CLI currently only supporsts single-module projects.
This issue is meant to track a theoretical change in this, and support for multi-module ones.

There are no plans to work on this. It also goes against the initial design of Scala CLI.
The purpose of this issue is just to have a place to track past attempts and prototypes for a theoretical re-consideration of this.
