To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add any gadget on the screen, place it at the edge of the screen
  2. Go to Display settings > Change resolution (pick a higher percent)
  3. Notice the issue

More bugs that I found: All the gadgets and sticky notes also appear off-screen when switching from LTR to RTL languages. The dragging operation of the sticky notes and gadgets doesn't work properly in RTL languages.
