Create a central 'Rover Autonomy' repo with the watod scripts more or less copied from the wato monorepo. Then we'll have individual repos for different functions, which we will include as 'submodules' within the central 'Rover Autonomy' repo. https://github.blog/open-source/git/working-with-submodules/
