Update the Tool's name

We need to update the name from "Urban Greenprint" to "Greenprint Planning Tool".

The rationale is thus, 1. we have been expanding out to county level data which covers non-urban areas and 2. as it is the name "Urban Greenprint" implies it is a finished product and not a living, actively updating interactive portal. Since this is a green space planning tool, they wanted a name update.
