Was the portable variant removed?

There is now a combined Windows installer which offers all options (including a portable install).

To utilize it:

• Select the “Install for current user” option when launching the installer
• Click the “Advanced” button in the bottom-left of the main installer window
• And then choose the “Portable” install option, then click OK

You can then choose whatever directory you wish to install it to, and it will install as a portable installation.
