Hi Eric, yes I made the request for access. It is for a tool called RabbitAI which is supposed to do clever PR reviews for you using "AI". They have a free tier for public repositories I wanted to try out. It will give you tips, comments on code, writes tests, etc. You can check them out here https://www.coderabbit.ai/.

I have no affiliation or anything, just trying to see if it is good tool.
