We are getting limited demographics from non US people

We don't seem to have fields for people outside of the USA for education, income, race etc.

Can we track down why this is happening and plan a resolution? @amirrr

@markwhiting It is due to how the component from survey.js is setup (Only if they answer USA they get the page for further questions). Will open a pull request there for the change and link here.
