[BUG] validation error stopping submit

it looks like we have a validation error that is stopping submit and we have a few reports from our feedback interface about it. They’re probably all the same person, but we should definitely look into it.

Bug : I've answered all of the questions in the common sense survey and the answers are correct. For some reason questions one, three and six claim there is no response. I really don't want to dump the entire survey because the first questions were irritating, but I don't know what to do here.

BUG : I’ve triple checked the answers to the six questions that I need to calculate and I can’t get them to submit. I don’t know what to do because if I quit, it’ll just dump all of my answers. I know my answers are correct so what am I supposed to do?
