We should have a max width and correct media targets to deal with large and small screens. All input types, and in particular, image stimuli (e.g., in the RME survey) should work with this.

Most edits for this should be in the main CSS, though there might be a little work in the survey.pug file.

This is ready to merge when

  • The basic surveys work across all scales from phone to large desktop without anything looking too strange.
