CytoSnake "Concepts" diagram hides black text and arrows in dark mode #67

The "Concepts" diagram can be found on the page: https://cytosnake2.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorial.html

Here you can see that some of the diagrams elements are not easily visible on the diagrams page when dark mode is toggled on the page.
