DeepL authorization fails with 403

I'm self-hosting Weblate on TrueNAS SCALE and subscribed to DeepL API free plan. When I try to add DeepL as auto-suggestion service and fill in the key, I get:

Could not fetch supported languages: 403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https://api.deepl.com/v2/languages?type=source

Can't find any useful logs. Do I need to add some languages somewhere first?

You are using wrong API URL for the free plan.

Where do I find the correct one? I checked every page on my account settings on DeepL, but didn't see. I actually was thinking URL might be different and did some searching, but couldn't find anything

Weblate will handle DeepL API Free keys automatically in the future, thanks to #13611.
