Make Weblate documentation component link to Code view in GitHub

The Weblate's documentation component in Hosted Weblate has Repository Browser URL the lands in GitHub's "Preview" view which renders reStruturedText content. This prevent links with lines to work as expected.

For instance, ../../api.rst:543 from this string leads to beginning of the page, not to the line 543

Please include ?plain=1 to the Repository Browser to make browsing take the translator to the exact line.

I assume the Repository Browser would be:

https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/blob/{{branch}}/{{filename|parentdir|parentdir}}?plain=1#{{line}}
